Compare to the tradiational shortram air intake, HPS long ram cool air intake delivers cooler air with more oxygen, which translates into a more intense explosion in the vehicle combustion chamber to produce dyno proven performance gains +19.4 Whp horsepower, +20.5 Ft/lbs torque and improve throttle response while maintaining safe air fuel ratio. The heavy duty powder coated steel heat shield blocks off hot air from the engine compartment for the best cooling effect. The included installation manual has clear pictures and instructions to guide the installer throughout the whole process. The kit does NOT require reset and no modification is required. The included air straightener also minimize the chance of CEL light. HPS light weight mandrel-bent aluminum alloy tube replaces the stock restrictive air box and optimize the air flow with excellent heat dissipation and long lasting durability.
