Ford Focus Mk3 ST and RS Oil Control System

Description

The mountune Oil Control System for the Mk3 Focus ST and RS includes a baffled oil sump insert and balancer shaft delete.

Validated under extreme circuit conditions, the oil sump insert – developed by mountune’s racing division, features high-quality one-way gates and diverters to maintain oil supply around the oil pump pick-up.

Removing the crankshaft balance shaft assembly from the 2.3L EcoBoost engine frees up rotating mass and helps to improve engine response. This kit also includes a neat balance shaft delete, which can be easily installed in-situ.

The kit is supplied as a pre-assembled insert for ease of installation.

Note: Oil pan/sump not included. Some early pans require one support post to be drilled / tapped for installation. If you’d like us to supply and install using your own sump, please use our HQ installation product option.
