Description

Protect the longevity and performance of your Polaris’ critical components—the differential, transmission, and motor—with the HPS Performance Magnetic Oil Drain Plug Kit. This essential 5-piece kit replaces the front differential’s drain and fill plugs, the transmission’s drain and fill plugs, and the motor’s oil drain plug. Factory plugs are often weak and prone to stripping, especially given their difficult-to-access locations, making routine fluid changes a frustrating and complicated task. The HPS 304 grade stainless steel plug featuring hex head plugs are engineered to prevent stripping, offering superior durability and a straightforward installation and removal process. More importantly, while stock plugs are equipped with magnets, their weak design cannot stand up to the damaging debris that circulate. HPS has equipped these upgraded plugs with powerful 5000 gauss neodymium magnets. These magnets attract and hold the metallic contaminants and wear debris that naturally accumulate, preventing them from entering sensitive bearings and seals. By keeping the circulating fluid cleaner, the HPS Performance Magnetic Oil Drain Plug Kit significantly enhances bearing life, minimizes premature wear, and ensures your side-by-side runs stronger for longer. Rear transmission M18 bolt length: 15mm, thread length: 13mm, thread pitch: 1.5mm. Front differential M16 bolt length: 15mm, thread length: 13mm, thread pitch 1.5mm.
